Originally from New York, after obtaining her CPA in NYC with Deloitte and some time on Wall Street, love brought her to the islands in 1991. Happily married since then with two grown children, one grandson, 14 remodels and an off the grid tiny house under her belt she continues to enjoy managing the accounting for Ku Realty. Lynda loves long walks, plein air painting, and cooking projects with her grandson when not at work.

Raised in the Middle East as a third-culture kid, Jade brings a truly global perspective and excellent communication to everything she does. With over 6 years of expertise in escrow transactions, title issues, CPR’s, surveys, preparing properties for market and Purchase Contract details, Jade manages the many important deadlines and details to provide a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients.  Jade is a proud mother and enjoys pickleball in her free time.

Susie Morgan has worked with Keahi Pelayo since 2000 as an integral part of his customer service team. She has managed hundreds of listings and closings with expertise in escrow transactions, title issues, CPR’s, surveys, preparing properties for market and Purchase Contract details. Mrs. Morgan has been married for 31 years and is a proud mother of two children and two grandchildren.
